1. Fair Employment Practices Policy Statement

Commitment Statement

Intrinseque Health promotes and fully abides by the guidelines set out by the local governing authorities and National Standards, such as those set out by the Ministry of Manpower (MoM) and Tripartite Alliance for Fair Employment Practices (TAFEP), as well as any other regulatory bodies in countries where Intrinseque Health operates, for hiring and in-employment practices.
Intrinseque Health does not condone human rights abuse, nor do we engage in child labour or forced labour.
Intrinseque Health is committed to ensure that its employment practices secure equality of opportunity and that no prospective or existing employee receives less favourable treatment as a result of their age, gender, marital status, ethnic origin, religion, sexual orientation, family responsibilities, disability, or for any other reason which cannot be shown to be justified.

Scope

This policy is applicable to Intrinseque Health Pte Ltd and its affiliated entities, hereinafter referred to as “Intrinseque Health”, potential candidates and all Employees, i.e. full-time, part-time, temporary, interns and contract employees of Intrinseque Health as well as Directors of the company, collectively referred to as the “Employee”.

Purpose

Basic Practices

Fairness & Respect towards Employees
Intrinseque Health promote equality and fairness throughout its hiring and employee retention strategies. Recruitment and employee selection is based on merits, experience, qualifications, skills, aptitudes that commensurate with the job. Hiring process, including job advertisements, job application forms and interviews are based solely on guidelines set out by TAFEP and MoM in Singapore, and other local regulations and standards in any other countries that Intrinseque Health operates in.
Employees are treated fairly and with respect. Intrinseque Health EALTH adopts an inclusive culture for mature employees in the organisation, promotes work-life harmony and have strict and zerotolerance towards workplace harassment.

Intrinseque Health has a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination in the workplace as well as discriminatory behaviour outside the workplace. Grievance

If an employee finds himself or herself being subjected to unfairness or discrimination of any sort, he or she is to report to the departmental manager. If it is not possible to do so, he or she can directly report grievances to the Human Resource manager and if necessary, directly to the Executive Management.
Intrinseque Health has established formal grievance handling procedures to provide a safe environment for Employees to raise concerns.
Grievances will be handled in an amicable and supportive manner to avoid any further unnecessary escalation and negative feelings.

Grievances will also be handled delicately and fairly by Intrinseque Health :

All reports of discrimination will be handled seriously
Proper and thorough investigations will be conducted for all complaints
Timely response and updates to affected Employee
Proper record and filing of grievances, which are kept confidential
Complainant and respondent will be treated fairly
Managers, HR and Executive Management are trained to fairly and swiftly handle grievances

2. Data Protection Policy

Policy Statement:

Intrinseque Health is committed to the protection of an individual’s personal information and privacy and considers safeguarding data protection rights as part of its social responsibility. This Data Privacy Protection Policy sets out regulations, on how Intrinseque Health collects and handles personal information, in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other rules and regulations pertaining to data privacy in countries that Intrinseque Health operates or provides services to. We exercise discretion while accessing and updating personal data and take extreme precaution while disclosing personal data to third parties. Each employee bears a personal responsibility in complying with this Policy and Statutory Guidelines towards fulfilment of their responsibilities at Intrinseque Health.

Intrinseque Health encourages its customers, suppliers, commercial visitors, business associates, investors and other interested parties to read this Statement. By using our website or submitting Personal Data to Intrinseque Health by any other means, you acknowledge that you understand that Intrinseque Health may collect, process, transfer, use and disclose your Personal Data as described and agree to be bound by this Statement.

Scope:

This Policy applies throughout the Intrinseque Health enterprise, including its wholly owned or controlled subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as all Intrinseque Health employees in all operating units of Intrinseque Health globally. The Policy covers fully or partially automated processing of personal data, as well as manual processing if the personal data forms part of a filing system unless national laws provide for a broader scope. The Policy also applies to all employee data in hard-copy format at Intrinseque Health Singapore, as well as in the countries where Intrinseque Health has business operations.

Purpose:

This Data Protection Policy is designed to assist you in a better way to understand how we collect, use, disclose and/or process the personal data you have provided to us, as well as to assist you in making an informed decision before providing us with any of your personal data.

Personal Data:

Intrinseque Health is committed to maintain all reasonable precautions in assuring the privacy and security of Personal Data collected by Intrinseque Health. During the use of our website or through other communications with Intrinseque Health, Personal Data may be collected and processed in general, Intrinseque Health collects personal contact information with your consent, perse which you knowingly provide either by registration, survey, answering questions, or otherwise for use in our commercial relationship. The following are the possible personal data we may collect from you, but not limited to:

Personal information to establish your identity and background such as your full name and so on.
Contact information such as billing address, premises address, telephone number, mobile phone number, fax number and email address.
Identification and social media profiles.
Expressions of opinions on living individuals.
Payment information such as your debit or credit card information, including the name of cardholder, card number, billing address, expiry date and other bank account details.
Recording of your image via CCTV cameras installed at Intrinseque Health’s premises and facilities.
Recording of your photograph during any of our corporate events or third-party open day.
Resume or CVs when you apply for a job with Intrinseque Health.

For general web browsing, although no personal data is revealed to us, certain technical and statistical information is available to us via our internet service provider such as cookies, your IP address, the time, date, and duration of your visit. By submitting any personal data relating to a third party (e.g., information of your spouse, children, parents, and/or employees), you represent and acknowledge that you have obtained the consent of the third party to provide us with such data for the purposes as listed above.

How We Collect Your Personal Data:

We may collect personal data either from you or your authorized representatives, from third parties, or from publicly available sources which may include (but not limited to):

When you register for our services (for example when you submit a request to become our customer).
When you contact us in person, by a phone call or over the counter (for example when you contact us for any enquiries, complaints, comments or feedbacks, we may keep record of such correspondences).

Use of Personal Data Collected:

Intrinseque Health’s website is intended to be used by its customers, commercial visitors, business associates, investors, and other interested parties for business purposes. Personal Data collected by Intrinseque Health through its website or by other means is used in support of our commercial relationship, including, but not limited to, processing of orders, managing accounts, learning about customers’ needs, responding to inquiries, and providing access to information. You also agree that we may use your personal data in compliance with the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction where permitted by applicable law to support our relationship with you and for the following purposes:

You may choose whether or not to provide your personal data to us. However, failure to provide personal data may result in being unable to provide services and/or products offered by Intrinseque Health.

Third-Party Service Providers:

Intrinseque Health may disclose your personal data where such disclosure is required for performing obligations in the course of or in connection with our provision of services, such as, to third-party service providers, agents, and other organizations with whom we have engaged to complete or perform the services requested by you. The consent you provide for the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data shall remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing.

Intrinseque Health is the commercial operator of its website and uses service providers to assist in hosting and providing software and content for our sites, or any other services. Intrinseque Health may disclose Personal Data supplied by you to these Third Parties who provide such services. In addition, where consistent with the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdiction, Intrinseque Health may disclose Personal Data if such disclosure:

Non-Personal Data:

When you access Intrinseque Health’s website, we may automatically (i.e., not by registration) collect non-personal data (e.g., type of Internet browser and operating system used, the domain name of the website from which you were referred, number of visits, average time spent on the site, pages viewed). We may use this data and share it with our worldwide affiliates to monitor the attractiveness of our websites and improve their performance or content. In this case, the processing is performed on an anonymous basis and at Intrinseque Health’s discretion.

We will retain your personal data in compliance with this Policy and/or the terms and conditions of your agreement(s) with Intrinseque Health for the duration of your relationship with us, for such period as may be necessary to protect the interests of Intrinseque Health or its subsidiaries and/or its customers as may be deemed necessary, where otherwise required by the law and/or where required by Intrinseque Health or its subsidiaries’ relevant policies.

How We Protect and Safeguard Your Personal Data:

Intrinseque Health will take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Data in its possession and secure such data against the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Intrinseque Health periodically reviews its security measures in an effort to ensure the privacy of Personal Data. IH will use Personal Data only in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by you. While Intrinseque Health will take reasonable steps to ensure that Personal Data is accurate, complete, current, and relevant to its intended use. IH also relies upon each individual to assist in providing accurate updates of his or her Personal Data. In the event where our website has linked you to other websites, Intrinseque Health is not responsible for their data policies, procedures, or their content.

Data Breach Management:

Intrinseque Health will take all the steps to investigate and assess the event of any data breach. We will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Commission as applicable at the earliest and within the statutory timelines.

Data Access and Correction:

Intrinseque Health will grant individuals reasonable access to the Personal Data that it holds about them, upon their request. IH will also take reasonable steps to permit individuals to correct, amend, or delete information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete.

Transfer of Your Personal Data Outside Singapore:

Any personal data, which you voluntarily submitted to us, will be treated with the highest standards of security strictly in accordance with Singapore’s PDPA, GDPR, CCPA, PIPA, and other Government Acts and/or Regulations in countries where Intrinseque Health operates or provides services. It may be necessary for us to transfer your personal data outside Singapore for business operations if any of our service providers or business partners are involved in providing part of a service, are located in countries outside Singapore. You hereby consent to us for transferring your personal data outside Singapore in these instances under specific terms and conditions of contracts and services. We shall take reasonable steps to ensure that any such service providers or business partners are contractually bound not to use your personal data for any reason other than to provide the services they are contracted for and to adequately safeguard your personal data.

By submitting your personal data, you consent to the use of that personal data as set out in this Policy. If in Case we change our Policy, we will publish the amended version on our website.
