Project Management & Clinical Operations

The assigned Project Management & Clinical Operations officials work seamlessly with each of the departments and the Project Manager acts as a single point of contact providing regular updates to the client’s Project Management team. The team has the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the project
  • Regular communication & reporting to the client
  • Provide regular communication and progress reports to the Customer
  • Continuously identify and closely mitigate/manage risks
  • Assures quality, timelines, communication and budget management through database lock and study close-out

Site-level Inventory Management

Your dedicated Project Manager will provide regular site-level inventory management. Inventories are tracked through customised coordinated communications between our Project Manager, site staff and our customer’s project team.
