Intrinseque Health is looking for an Associate Director, Business Development (based in either Singapore, Malaysia, India, UK or USA). The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
- Proactively identify new opportunities & customers.
- Drive a plan to initiate and maintain contact through multiple touch points (LinkedIn, e-mail, etc.), and identify with prospective accounts to qualify and manage new sales opportunities.
- Collaborates with Sales Leadership to assess the timing of transferring new opportunities to Executives, or Operations team members.
- Proactively engage prospective accounts leveraging timely and relevant content to develop meaningful relationships which results in the identification of new business opportunities.
- Proficiently leverage online resources and available information conducting research to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain up to date information on sales activities, sales pipeline, customers, and contacts within ERP systems for individual and team reporting.
- Assist with other duties as assigned such as conference planning and coordination of sales with marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of business development/sales or account management experience in CROs/life sciences/clinical trial supply chain management, predominantly via LinkedIn and e-mail communication.
- MBA/Master's degree in Business Development/Sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possessing a sales disposition to achieve sales goals along with an ability to identify and qualify opportunities.
- Excellent & effective written & verbal communication skills with interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Preferred Knowledge & Skills:
- A working knowledge of clinical trials supply chain development/healthcare.
- High energy– service minded.
- Ability to adapt to a pressure sensitive work schedule with flexible timings.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities:
- Define & manage project timelines
- Monitor project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them
- Manage and interact with key clients & vendors to ensure that project requisites are met
Qualifications:

The responsibilities include researching new suppliers, ensuring that all purchased products and materials meet the required specifications, and negotiating with vendors as needed.Ultimately, you will work with the executive management to understand the needs of the organization and ensure that supply goals are achieved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions with new/existing vendors.
- Prepare and issue CDAs, quality agreements and MSAs as needed.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues and concerns.
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve any potential shortcomings.
- Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience (1+ years) as a Sourcing &Procurement Specialist or similar role.
- Good working knowledge of purchasing strategies.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal and negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate should be well versed with drafting and editing contracts while demonstrating excellent attention to detail. In addition to being an excellent communicator, the candidate must also possess an in-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract agreements, and legal terminology.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate contract agreements for products and services.
- Assess &identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
- Prepare and edit contracts between the company and potential clients/vendors/service providers.
- Handle breach of contracts in a timely manner.
- Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives.
- Develop and implement effective procurement proposals.
- Research regulations to guarantee contracts are updated and in compliance with local laws for the countries involved.
- Coordinate with clients/vendors to guarantee that the terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
